Oyster River Joinery - Paul is a Maine artisan with decades of woodworking experience. He hand crafts his oyster, fish and shrimp wooden platters one at a time. Each board is hand selected for it's unique characteristics and detail by Paul. He shapes and carves each board to accentuate the natural beauty inherent in the wood. Each platter is from a single piece of wood, and will vary in color and carving depending on the selected wood.
