All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in as new condition. Archipelago can only accept returns with a receipt.

If you purchased online, please provide the order number or the name under which the purchase was made. If you ordered online and would like to make a return please give us a call and we will walk you through the steps. For your security, we do not store card information. When we have received the item in hand, we can return the funds to the card used for the purchase.

If the item was broken upon arrival or was not the item you purchased, we will cover the cost of shipping. Otherwise, you will cover the cost of the return but will be refunded for the purchase price.
