Solon – Frank Ridley creates handmade wooden toys that are free from chemicals! He uses mostly native Maine white pine wood, with most wheels and turnings made from hard maple or birch. Each toy has all edges and corners carefully rounded, and then are hand-sanded. The designs are simple, safe, and encourage each child to follow their own imagination—no batteries required! His handcrafted toys are beautiful, functional, durable and sure to be passed onto the next generation!
