La Nef's most popular bar, the 70% Dark Chocolate with Cacao Nibs and Gold Leaf was created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the [Monhegan Museum of Art & History]. The beautiful artwork on the box was created by one of the all-time favorite Monhegan artists, Lynne Drexler.

The chocolate is sourced from Lake Yojoa, Honduras. Lake Yojoa lies between two national parks, Santa Barbara National Park and Cerro Azul Meambar National Park, and is home to more than 400 species of birds, and more than 800 species of plants.
