Zoe Howell-Martin

Bowdoinham — Zoe spent much of her life working with children, individuals with mental and physical disabilities, animals and in the fiber arts world teaching knitting, dyeing yarn and weaving. With a background in herbal medicine, she started a seed garlic farm and now, finally, has found a home as a metalsmith.

Zoe uses recycled precious metals and unique stones. Many of her hand fabricated pieces use interesting textures and many of her designs play off the world around her. Her inspirations come from a lifetime of observation and travel.
