Not Too Sweet Blueberry Topping
True to the label, this is the "Goldilocks" blueberry topping: not too sweet, not too tart, just right. Made with organic lemon juice, zest, pulp, wild organic Maine blueberries, apple pectin, and cane sugar. Lovely on toast, crepes, pancakes, yogurt, and other desserts.
This jam from both Smithereen Farm's wild lowbush organic blueberries in Pembroke and Brannan Buhner's blueberries in Cutler. Both are managed and certified organic by MOFGA. We make the jam at the Cobscook Community Learning Center’s commercial kitchen, in small batches with copper pots.
